If you have been reading this blog, you will know about Joel Bauer, a master of persuasion that I wrote about previously. This is the person who has trained people like Mark Victor Hansen, Robert Allen, Joe Polish, Harv Ekar and more.
I just found a couple of videos where he takes us behind the scenes to give us a few insights on how he managed to consistently close 27% to as high as 73% of the people in a room he speaks to.
I watched the videos and Joel had me glued to the chair watching the entire video in one session. You can watch the videos below.

I had the great fortune to hear Joel speak for many hours about his career, and he imparted a lot of the wisdom in these videos, as well as much, much more.
You would do well to listen to the advice Joel gives.
