Bad Luck for the New Dan Kennedy Product

Hours after I made that post on the new Dan Kennedy product, the creator put out a notice that the original discs were damaged and the launch (and lucky draw) had to be delayed.

I’ll keep a lookout and post an update here again when things have been sorted out at their end.

Sorry about it.

Inside Dan Kennedy

Next week, a video filmed from inside of Dan Kennedy’s home will be released into the market.

Before you think astray, this is not some XXX video. Instead, this is a 3-hour video in which Ted Thomas grills Dan for over 3 hours to reveal some of his marketing secrets.

To watch a sneak preview and be entered into a lucky draw* where you can win a free copy of this new product, you can visit the Inside Dan Kennedy website.

*Lucky draw is only available before the product launch.

Outsource And Delegate

Why are you in business?

Are you in business to create financial abundance for yourself so that you can do all the things that you want and like?

Now, answer this:

Are you able to step away from your business for a couple of weeks, with everything still able to run by themselves? Or, do you feel comfortable to be away for a few weeks and let your employees do their jobs without you being around to supervise them?

If you are not able to do that, you don’t have a business. You have a job. Your business can earn all the money that it wants but you won’t be able to find the time to do the things that you like.

I will be the first to admit that even I myself find it hard to step away for an extended period of time.

A business needs systems. Needs processes. Needs people to run the systems.

Your role is to provide the strategic direction for your business and oversee all the systems. Your time is a finite resource and it should be spent on activities that are worth your time.

All other activities can and should be outsourced or delegated.

Actually, I have always been aware of the importance of outsourcing. For some reason, I never really gotten down to doing it. At the back of my mind, there is a certain need to retain total control as I do not trust anyone with certain aspects of my business.

I have just listened to a program by Dan Lok called “Outsource and Delegate“. Note: Some strong words used in the program.

After completing Dan’s course, it has become crystal clear to me that as long as I do not outsource my work, I will continue to grow at a snail’s pace. When I outsource and delegate, I can focus my time on the important things that bring value and accelerate the growth of my business.

I have now gone ahead and paid top dollars to a company to outsource some of my work.

If you have also been inspired and would like to outsource some of your work, I recommend elance as an affordable place to look for free lancers.
