Harv Eker Millionaire Mind Intensive – Day 2

The second day of the Millionaire Mind Intensive started promptly at 9 am. There were the usual exercises to get the audience warmed up and a promotion of Harv Eker’s Rich Life Club, a membership site. For that offer, a slightly different form of risk reversal was used.

The first month’s fee was set at only $1, with subsequent months billed at the normal rate. This is a good method to employ if you are promoting a membership. Imagine getting paid (instead of paying) for every lead you get. 🙂

The rest of the morning’s exercises were meant to change some of our limiting beliefs towards wealth. To evoke change, three steps were necessary:

  • Awareness
  • Understanding
  • Conditioning

A few methods which had elements of NLP and hypnotherapy were employed for the reconditioning.

Another exercise that we did was to determine our true purpose for wanting money. Most people don’t get what they want because they don’t know why they want it.

As Jim Rohn once said, The bigger the “why”, the easier the “how”.

Just before we went for lunch, there was a promotion of Guerrilla Business Intensive. This was an event that Harv had combined from two other events, Guerrilla Business School and World’s Greatest Marketing Seminar. It would be held early next year in Singapore!

In the afternoon, we did a really humorous group activity. Everyone was supposed to write our own personal song that supports our finanial success and happiness.

The reason for doing so is that music and songs is a good way to ingrain ideas and concepts into our subconscious. Once we had written our own songs, we were supposed to sing it daily. Many budding singers from the audience took turns to sing their piece on the stage. All of us had a good laugh.

Harv Eker then talked to us about his Train the Trainer I course. Again, it would be done in Singapore next year! Many people were interested and signed up for the course.

After dinner, we learnt about our money personality and did a group activity that would help us achieve a greater balance for our personality. Essentially, there were four categories of people (credits to Olivia Mellon, author of Money Harmony):

  • Saver
  • Spender
  • Avoider (Avoid dealing with money)
  • Monk (Think money is not important)

The group sharing and the appropriate song tracks(!) had the entire audience fully engaged and breaking out in endless laughter.

The day ended close to ten pm, an hour earlier than the previous day. Just before it ended, we were encouraged to buy copies of Harv Eker’s Secrets of the Millionaire Mind book to give to our friends.

Those who received these books would be given complimentary tickets to the next Millionaire Mind Intensive which would be held in Malaysia next year. What a great way to start filling seats for his next event.

The Asia market is huge, very huge indeed.

Never Heard of it.What you’ve written ( Intensive , siaenmr, Peak Potentials ) smacks of a cult front group. I’ll probably have a look a little later, but I’ve gotta tell you, it’ll be with a huge grain of salt.Could be legit, also.Hate to trash people I don’t know about. I really do. But cults are a pet peeve/favorite candidate for bashing mercilessly.
